The Leviatan team’s involvement in social impact initiatives, rewarded with creative workshops at TABI67

Throughout 2025, 38 colleagues participated in the organization’s projects and initiatives that supported several noble causes. From the artwork prepared for “Open your HeART,” the silent auction charity event organized in support of the HOSPICE Casa Speranței Foundation, to the spring trinkets created for the Spring Trinket Market to benefit Touched Romania, every contribution stemmed from a sincere desire to help those in need.
Precisely because this involvement stemmed from generosity, we wanted our appreciation to be equally heartfelt. That’s how the idea for a gift designed especially for them was born: participation in Contemporia’s creative workshops, which differ from the jewelry-making workshops we’re used to.
The workshops take place at the TABI67 creative hub, powered by Leviatan Group, located at 67A Gheorghe Pop de Băsești Street, which was set up with the help of our group of companies. It is a space dedicated to creativity, where the art of contemporary jewelry blends with the hands-on experience of the workshops. This year, our team was invited to a leatherworking workshop and three perfumery workshops.
First Workshop: From Leather to Finished Product, with O’Dor
On May 12, eight of our colleagues kicked off the workshop series with a leatherworking workshop led by Cerasela Teohari, designer and founder of the O’Dor brand. Under her guidance, each participant created their own belt, from choosing the leather and determining the right length to sewing on the buckle and adding a final personal touch by embossing it with initials, a symbol, or a short message.

The atmosphere of the workshop was best captured by Cerasela herself:
“We ‘worked’ with smiles on our faces, creatively practicing leather crafting techniques, but we also laughed heartily at times. As the products took shape, the participants gained confidence, supported one another, and began experimenting with different types of personalization and fastening methods. It was a project full of positive energy, initiated by a dedicated, yet very cheerful team! Thank you to our friends at TABI67 for hosting us; they were by our side, as always, and provided logistical support throughout the entire evening.”
Beyond the technical aspects themselves, the workshop was an opportunity to work with our hands, away from screens, watching as raw material was transformed, step by step, into a wearable object. The result was well worth the effort, as Elida, an Architect and one of the participating colleagues, attests: “It was a wonderful experience, where we enjoyed relaxation and enjoyable work, and in the end we went home with some gorgeous belts. Thank you!”
Perfume Workshops: Creating Your Own Signature Scent with MATCA
The series continued with perfume workshops led by Georgiana Ștefănoaiei, co-founder of MATCA, a Romanian niche perfume brand. Our colleagues started with the basics of composition (fragrance families, the role of top, middle, and base notes) and, through testing and adjusting the proportions, arrived at their own formula, which they named before bottling it and taking it home.

Georgiana Ștefănoaiei described her experience working with our team as follows:
“The participants were extremely engaged, curious, and open to the experience of creating their own perfume. The atmosphere was relaxed, yet full of energy and creativity, and each participant left with a personal creation and a new perspective on the world of perfumery. I enjoyed working with a team that values authentic experiences and that engaged with such enthusiasm in every stage of the workshop. I thank them for their trust and hope we’ll have the opportunity to collaborate again.”
My colleagues’ impressions confirm this, as Simona, a Railway, Roads, and Bridges Engineer, explains: “The workshop led by MATCA, where we created artisanal perfumes, allowed me to discover the fascinating world of scents and, at the same time, to create something that represents me. I went home with a perfume I created myself and a memory I will cherish forever.”
We thank our colleagues who got involved in our social initiatives and our partners at Contemporia, O’Dor, Bob de Suflet, and MATCA, with whom we transformed TABI67 into a space open to our colleagues’ passions and curiosities.
