Leviatan Group, one of the most technologically advanced construction companies in Romania, continues to invest in people and initiatives that strengthen the bonds within the team and have a positive impact on the lives of its members and society. This created a space where Leviatan team members gathered around shared values, forming six internal communities.

Each of these communities was designed as a space of expression, belonging, and determination, with a captain who inspires his colleagues to join as many activities as possible through personal example and positive attitude.

This initiative has been implemented with the support of the Employee Experience team, recently created within the group of companies. The team includes Sandra and Delia, two dedicated colleagues who actively contribute to the development of a vibrant work environment where collaboration and inspiration are the basis of the most beautiful projects.

Motion Squad – Movement as a source of balance and energy

The Motion Squad community, coordinated by Alin from the MEP Engineering Office, is dedicated to those who believe in the power of movement as a form of physical and mental balance. This community brings together people motivated to get out of their routine, breathe fresh air, and turn every step into a source of positive energy.

Artizanii – The joy of working with your hands and the magic of creating together

Artisans weave stories out of matter and tradition, creating a community that has set out to rediscover the joy of working with hands. Under the guidance of Teodora from the Architecture Department, this community emphasizes collaboration and the exchange of ideas, stories, and knowledge.

ZenFlow – Inner balance can transform everything around you

The ZenFlow community, coordinated by Mihaela from the Architecture Department, promotes personal balance. Members participate in activities that explore mindfulness, conscious breathing, relaxation, and personal development practices.

Seeds of Hope – Volunteering as a form of responsibility

Seeds of Hope is the community where empathy has been turned into meaningful action. Under the leadership of Razvan from the Architecture Department, this community organizes social campaigns, volunteer actions, and community initiatives. Team members volunteer their time and energy where needed, giving meaning to active societal involvement.

RitWell – Everyday health

The RitWell Community is dedicated to those who want to live a balanced life with care for body and mind. Under the guidance of Gabriel from the Technical Assistance Department, this community promotes conscious food choices, healthy habits and a harmonious lifestyle.

Guardians of Nature – Small green actions really have an impact

The Guardians of Nature community emphasizes environmental responsibility. Under the guidance of Anca from the Architecture Department, the community organizes planting, greening, and reconnecting with the environment to emphasize the idea that sustainability is not a trend but a daily commitment.

The six communities created within the Leviatan Group are a special way for team members to be together, a healthy reflection of a team that understands its own value and chooses to use it well.

Every interaction, every activity, and every step taken within these communities contributes to building a vibrant organizational culture where technology performs alongside empathy and excellence is achieved through collaboration.
