The special collaboration between Leviatan Group and visual artist Anca Dușe has led over time to the creation of meaningful projects, full of color and depth, which have transcended conventional boundaries and brought remarkable visual stories to life.

In one of these projects, Anca Dușe created unique compositions in which members of the Leviatan team became the protagonists of small scenographic universes. Over time, some of the artist’s creations were exhibited and auctioned at the “Open your HeART for HOSPICE” charity event, thus joining the CSR activities organized by the Leviatan Group and contributing to supporting noble causes.

Responsibility

During 2025, a new and unique project took shape. Thus, the values of the Leviatan Group were transposed into Anca Dușe’s compositions, and responsibility was the first value transposed into a painting. This value reflects how Leviatan team members build the habits that enable them to deliver high-quality projects.

Vitality

Vitality, another value captured in a vibrant painting by Anca Dușe, reflects the enthusiasm with which the Leviatan team makes things happen, but also their positive attitude in the face of challenges.

Full of color and dynamism, the painting captures the essence of vitality as experienced day after day by the members of the Leviatan team—as an energy that keeps them connected to what they do, to people, and to their mission. For them, vitality means making an impact through passion in every construction project.

Tenacity

In another artwork, the artist captured the essence of tenacity through the contrast between the harshness of concrete fragments and the delicacy of flowers growing among them. This creation reflects the strength to overcome obstacles through perseverance and adaptability.

The members of the Leviatan team nimbly adapt their way of working in the face of change and challenges to deliver high-standard projects in the field of construction, demonstrating that tenacity is essential in achieving bold goals.

Integrity

Through a composition of shapes, colors, and visual balance, Anca Dușe has captured the essence of integrity—that of remaining consistent, transparent, and honest, regardless of context. Each element of her creation supports the other, just as honesty and trust support professional relationships within the Leviatan team. Integrity is the value that guides the decisions of Leviatan team members and helps them build sustainably.

Innovation

The essence of innovation was also captured in a composition that brings together natural and technical elements that transform into a visual laboratory of new ideas, a space where curiosity and creative solutions take shape.

For Leviatan specialists, innovation means approaching new situations and ideas with openness and curiosity to continuously learn, act proactively to explore new ways to do things better and build collaborative networks that bring ideas to life.

Camaraderie
