Leviatan Group improves team productivity and creativity with Copilot
Leviatan Group has an ever-expanding technological ecosystem that has adopted several innovations over the years to enable its specialists to manage day-to-day activities easier and faster.
Copilot, Microsoft’s artificial intelligence-powered solution, is one of the technologies that is helping to boost the Leviatan team’s productivity and creativity.
“This was a profound transformation. Our colleagues are connected with everything that is happening in the company. And I must say that when you do things easily, seamlessly, and without friction, you see rather a joy in doing these things. Companies that embrace technology in their strategy will be ready for the future,” said Cătălin Podaru, CEO and Founder of Leviatan Group.
Leviatan Group’s technology and innovation-focused vision has facilitated the adoption of Copilot across all companies in the group, so that each team member can now focus on strategic and innovative activities. Copilot has therefore significantly reduced administrative and repetitive activities.
“I can now focus on more strategic things: how to manage my colleagues, how to develop other procedures for them, or how to lift the wellbeing of the team – things that I couldn’t do before,” explained Beatrice Băluță-Siclitaru, Head of the Architecture Department at Leviatan Group.
Leviatan Group team members use Copilot to bring different improvements to the way they work. For example, Valentina Constandache, Head of Procurement at Leviatan Group, uses the Microsoft-developed solution to better manage a considerable number of emails, but also to reduce the time spent analyzing data in Excel.
“Copilot keeps me updated with hundreds of emails and a lot of information. The analysis we used to do in Excel took 30-40 minutes, and using Copilot, it took four minutes and 22 seconds. I actually tested that,” explained Valentina Constandache, Head of Procurement Office at Leviatan Group.
Leviatan Group has adopted various Microsoft solutions over the years to improve collaboration between office and on-site specialists, and Copilot perfectly complements these technological investments, enhancing the group’s efficiency.
“Microsoft 365 Copilot allows us to access very critical information in a matter of seconds and helps us streamline processes, so we realized that it could become our daily assistant. Copilot allows us to focus more on strategic and value-adding activities,” said Alexandra Lupu, Continuous Improvement Specialist at Leviatan Group.
Recently, Microsoft developed a case study about the experience of Leviatan Group specialists in using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, who were able to achieve new standards of efficiency through, in the context of the industry in which they operate, namely the construction industry, is quite reluctant to integrate technological innovations into workflows. The case study can be accessed here.
Leviatan Group’s successful Copilot adoption model showcased in an online event organized by Microsoft
The launch of the case study on how Leviatan Group achieved new standards of efficiency through the Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions was shortly followed by an online event organized by Microsoft with over 250 participants from Europe and Asia, where Romina Posea, Head of Planning and Continuous Process Improvement at Leviatan Group, presented multiple valuable insights.
“One of the important achievements of the department I lead was the creation of a customized Copilot for the Leviatan Group, which allows access to legislative information and procedures in just a few seconds, instead of the hours it used to take. It was developed using Copilot Studio and integrated with Azure for added security. It’s still a work in progress, but with the new Romanian-language functionality and Wave 2 developments, we believe we can make a huge impact with this type of assistant in our daily activities,” said Romina Posea, Head of Planning and Continuous Improvement Office at Leviatan Group.
When Copilot was launched on the Romanian market, companies part of the Leviatan Group were among the first customers of this product. The adoption of the solution developed by Microsoft was realized not only for the functionalities it offered at the time of its launch, but also for the development prospects that this technology offered.
Leviatan Group will continue to integrate artificial intelligence-based solutions such as Copilot into its workflows and explore new opportunities for innovation and increased efficiency.
