HERizon, the Leviatan Group’s women’s community, was created to open new horizons of knowledge, inspiration, and solidarity. Here, personal experiences, ideas, and diverse perspectives come together to create a space for learning and mutual support, where every voice matters and every story can spark change.

The community is built on real connections, fostered through meetings on topics relevant to each life stage—from adolescence to balancing career and family—and strengthened by three annual masterclass events featuring surprise guests. These are moments when the women of the Leviatan Group discover the beauty of diversity, the power of being together, and the courage to share.

“HERizon is a community where everyone gets involved as long as they feel they belong here and can change something in it or for the other members of the community. It is a space where initiative comes to life from the desire to build together, from the courage to share, and from the joy of seeing how small gestures can have a big impact. Here, every contribution counts, and every woman brings a unique light to our shared story,” said Alina Podaru, Chief People & Culture Officer at Leviatan Group.

The community launch event, held in the first ten days of July 2025, was a celebration of the power to do good. The speaker of this edition was Mirela Nemțanu, CEO of HOSPICE – an association that the Leviatan Group team has chosen to support consistently in its mission to care for children and adults with incurable diseases. Her message emphasized that when we come together to offer compassion, care, and dignity to those who are suffering, we build a substantial and meaningful community.

The strength of the community is built on simple things: time given generously, a kind word, an idea shared at the right moment. The women of the Leviatan Group transform these gestures into a safe and warm space where everyone feels listened to, encouraged, and connected to the energy that keeps the community alive.

Above all, HERizon is about presence, courage, and the desire to build together. In this space, it is not perfection that is key. Still, authenticity and every idea, question, or story contribute to a culture where mutual support becomes an inexhaustible resource.
