Leviatan Group accelerates team performance with Microsoft Copilot

Leviatan Group, a group of highly technologized companies operating in the Romanian construction market, has adopted various innovations to allow its specialists to manage their daily activities more easily and quickly. Copilot, Microsoft’s artificial intelligence-based solution, is one of the technologies contributing to the Leviatan team’s increased productivity and creativity.

“This was a profound transformation. Our colleagues are connected with everything that is happening in the company. And I must say that when you do things easily, seamlessly, and without friction, you see rather a joy in doing these things. Companies that embrace technology in their strategy will be ready for the future,” said Cătălin Podaru, CEO and Founder of Leviatan Group.

The Leviatan Group’s vision focused on technology and innovation enabled a strategic and creative approach to the adoption of Copilot, which became available to every company in the group and to every team member. This transformation has resulted in less time-consuming administrative and repetitive activities and has allowed Leviatan’s specialists to spend more time on strategic activities.

Leviatan specialists’ experience in implementing Copilot, highlighted by Microsoft in a case study and a series of events

At the beginning of October 2024, Microsoft published a case study on how Leviatan’s specialists have achieved new standards of efficiency through the Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions, even though the industry in which they work, namely the construction industry, is somewhat reluctant to integrate technological innovations into their workflows. The case study can be accessed here.

Shortly after the launch of the case study, Microsoft organized two events showcasing Leviatan’s successful Copilot integration model. One of the events was held online with over 250 professionals from Europe and Asia, and the second event was held at Microsoft Romania headquarters with approximately 100 participants.

When Copilot was launched on the Romanian market, Leviatan Group companies were among the first customers of this product, and the adoption of Copilot was not only for the functionalities it initially offered, but also for the future functionalities that Leviatan specialists envisioned this solution would offer at some point.

With an important presence on the Romanian construction market, Leviatan Group will continue to invest in cutting-edge technologies that contribute to the optimization of work processes and increase the performance of its specialists.
