In 2025, Leviatan Group launched seven internal communities that combine creativity, health, empathy, movement, inner peace, sustainability, and femininity. Each of them is led by a captain who inspires by example, and together they shape a culture in which care becomes part of the organization’s DNA.   

From creative workshops and sporting challenges to charitable initiatives and mindfulness practices, these communities show that solidarity, positive energy, and the joy of doing things together can change not only the office atmosphere but also how each professional finds their balance.
