At Leviatan Group, the development of young people just starting is part of how the organization grows. In an interview with Undelucram.ro, Giulia Mocanu, Structural Analysis & Modelling Engineer, and Teodor Cojocaru, Operations and Transformation Specialist, talked about their journey from their first internship to the roles they hold today, and about the organizational culture that motivated them to grow.

Having joined the team in 2022 through the company’s internship programs, the two recount how they progressed from their first tasks and the nerves of starting out to the autonomy to manage complex projects, as well as what mentoring meant to them and the freedom to ask questions without fear of making mistakes.
